On November 2, 2025, we gathered at The Fish Shop in Washington, DC, to celebrate journalist and author Abby Phillip and her powerful new book, The Dream Realized. It was a morning filled with music, laughter, and the unmistakable energy of community — brought to life by a village of talented Black-owned businesses, artists, and creators who made the day unforgettable.
