The JoyBuilder invites you to The Instigators Brunch and Awards, an intimate celebration of author, political strategist, and advocate Atima Omara and the release of her powerful new book, The Instigators: How Black Women Have Been Essential to American Democracy (And What We Can Learn from Them).
This special gathering will bring Atima’s book, and the remarkable history it illuminates, to life through a seated brunch, Black, Woman-Owned Vendor Marketplace and a special awards presentation honoring Black women whose leadership reflects the book’s central message. Each guest will receive a signed copy of Atima's book.
This will be an intimate seated experience with limited availability.
